1.Gloves, face masks, overgarments and eyewear:

Pre-sterilised gloves and face masks are used for all dental procedures by the dentist and other assisting staff and are disposed off after single use. Protective eyewear ensures protection for eyes from aerosols.  2.

 

2. Protection of operatory surfaces:

             Operatory surfaces are cleaned and disinfected with chemical      
             disinfectant[gluteraldehyde] after every procedure. Suction tips are disposed after  
             every patient is completed.

 

3. Sterilisation

Sterilization with steam under pressure is performed in a automatic sterilizer[autoclave] at 250*F for 15min at 15lbs pressure. Autoclave is the most rapid and most effective method for sterilization of most instruments and cloth packs.

 

4. Dental materials

GC Paste Pak system:
The world’s first resin reinforced glass ionomer cement in paste - paste formulation. GC Fuji CEM is indicated for final cementation of metal, porcelain fused to metal, resin crowns and inlays.

 

Ceram.X – nano ceramic restorative
Ceram.X have a nano-ceramic material at the cutting edge of technology, satisfies the aesthetic needs of even the most demanding patient—in all cavity classes.
Ceram.X is based on the optical properties of natural teeth.
